CHAT DEMANDS IMPROMPTU IC PARTY FOR THE WIN AND THE LULZ

LET'S GO!  JOIN IN!


At the end of the day, your character is led back to their room in the usual manner.  The nurse's hand reaches for the doorknob and the door swings open, then--

Poof!

Your character appears in a large ballroom with an exquisitely tiled floor and a large stone fountain in the center.  The centerpiece of the fountain, shaped like a large fish, continually emits a spray of glitter from its open mouth.  Several tables covered with crisp white tablecloths are positioned near the walls, and a jar of sharpie brand glitter-paint markers serves as a colorful centerpiece for each.

Against the far wall is a long, rectangular table, with two bowls of red punch.  A sign written in fancy calligraphy rests against each: Yes, and No.  In addition to the punch, there are bottles of every liquor imaginable, as well as several fine wines and packs of cigarettes (though partygoers will have to fight for a single lighter).

The bathroom to one side bears a creepy resemblance to the bathroom in a normal house, complete with a medicine cabinet worthy of a lonely 50's housewife.

On the other side are a series of doors leading to rooms.

If your character goes into a room, please put that room in the subject line.  Rooms are lockable.  If you want a room that isn't listed, tell me and I'll give it to you.  XD




Since this is not an actual damned event and is not srs bzns, feel free to join in with a character that from another rp if you're a potential player.  If this is the case, instead of entering through a door in the institute, your player would enter through a random door in the RP from whence they came.  XD  EDIT:  Party is now also for trying out potential characters.

The YES punch smells and tastes alcoholic, and has the same effect as a normal spiked drink.  The NO punch smells and tastes like normal non-alcoholic party punch.  IF YOUR CHARACTER DRINKS THE NO PUNCH, IM ME AT QUANTIFYTHIS AND I WILL TELL YOU ITS EFFECT.

SMALL PRINT:  Powers and weapons are go as long as whoever you're using them on is cool with it.  Continuity from previous damned parties is intact if you want it to be, or not intact if you don't want it to be.  Clothing is whatever your character wore in canon, whatever they should have worn in canon, whatever they wore in their rp game, or whatever isn't in the dryer.  This impromptu chat party will last until everyone gets bored.

Artemis laughed far back in his throat. It was amazing how different his voice sounded, both aged and... aroused. He gently licked Haku's ear, murmuring softly into it.

"You'd best not, otherwise I'll be very, very displeased."

"Promise?" Haku had lowered his voice to respond in kind now that Artemis had allowed his own ear in range of Haku's mouth.

Artemis chuckled again, "I won't just promise it, I'll swear it. I will be so angry." He kissed the corner of Haku's jaw. "Furious." He moved down to his throat. "Livid." He gave it a small lick.

"Then I'd best not do anything to upset you," he breathed. His skin was a bit warmer now, though no where near the temperature of the young man leaning over him, and he sounded quite pleased with himself.

Haku's hand came back around to trace a line along and up Artemis's stomach and chest where he splayed his fingers, rubbing little patterns onto the skin.

The young man was surprised at himself when he felt an appreciative growl rise in his throat. Haku was far out of his league, it seemed. The small touches were melting away Artemis' will, gradually dragging him towards the more animal side of the deed.

Artemis shifted his weight until he was fully straddling Haku, and he attacked Haku's lips ferociously. "You had better not, or it will get worse, I promise."

Haku moaned softly, pressing up as Artemis kissed him. "I don't know," he breathed, "That might be interesting..."

"Would it?" Artemis asked, taking a sharp breath as he attacked Haku's mouth again, nipping at his bottom lip. "It could get out of hand, possibly dangerous. Very dangerous. You've never seen me when I lose control--you may run screaming."

The young man placed a hand firmly on Haku's chest, licking his friend's lip teasingly. "Not that I'll let you go, of course."

Haku smiled teasingly. "I rather like the hint of danger," he said, pressing up for another kiss, this time taking the more aggressive role and enjoying every moment of it.

"Besides," he breathed when he broke away, "You had better not let go or I'll be very upset."

Artemis hummed in surprise when Haku suddenly became more aggressive, but he fought back. There was something cathartic about being in control--somewhat. After being thrown from his world to the next to a place where he was literally fighting for his life everyday, it was refreshing to dominate and forget. Somewhat. Haku could still take him down in an instant, which Artemis liked as well, strangely enough.

"Well far be it from me," Artemis began, speaking through heavy breaths. "To deny you. No matter how hard you struggle, I'll never let you leave this room." The young man's hands played about Haku's chest, tugging lightly on the obi. "You can count on that fact."

"I would assume," Hake managed between heated kisses, "that we would have to leave at some point, if only to eat." He allowed Artemis to set the pace, but he carefully moved his hand down and grasped the one exploring the obi, bringing it up to his upper chest and throat.

Couldn't have Artemis getting too far ahead of himself, could we?

Artemis stopped when Haku grabbed his hand and relocated it. His lips froze and he pulled back, all the way off of Haku.

"Oh God..." He covered his mouth with a hand. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry. I... it was... I shouldn't have--"

Haku sighed softly, shifting to move up when Artemis did, sitting and offering a smile. "Relax," he said. "It's alright. You were getting a bit ahead of yourself there, that's all."

He brushed his fingers over the back of the hand that was covering his friend's mouth, trying for soothing. "I didn't want you doing something you'd regret later."

"I would have..." Artemis confessed, wincing a little at Haku's touch. "I would have done something that I would have regretted. I was out of control, carnal... I can't believe that I lost myself..."

"Which is why I stopped you," Haku pointed out, trying not to feel hurt. "I don't want to hurt you or be the cause of any pain for you."

He wondered how he could make this right. "But I don't want you to shut me out either."

He looked back at Haku, looking like a puppy that had just been hit with a newspaper.

"No... I don't want to do that either," Artemis said, taking Haku's hand lightly. "But... what do we do now? Now that I've clearly ruined the moment for us..."

"You haven't ruined any moment," Haku said, smiling and squeezing the hand that took his gently.

"If you'd like, we can just sit and talk. Is it alright if I still hold your hand?"

Talking. Right. That was how this started, right? Perhaps they could return to where they left off. Artemis would like that. He would like it very much.

"Of course, always," Artemis said, smiling and giving Haku's hand a squeeze. "Perhaps, though, you'd like to dress yourself again?" The young man said with a shaky laugh.

Haku laughed softly, letting go long enough to pull on the inner and outer layers of the kimono back into order, resettling his obi, and reaching up to brush his hair back into something a bit less... unkept.

"Better," he asked with a slightly teasing smile, holding out his hand for Artemis to take again. It was like trying to calm down a skittish animal.

Artemis took the opportunity to re-button his shirt, but he left the top-button and tie off. "Better, for now." He smiled. "But... I hope I haven't deterred you from future... encounters?"

"Certainly not," Haku said, wriggling his fingers. "Now, what shall we talk about?"

"I..." Artemis moved his mouth for a moment, like a beached fish. He laughed. "I have no idea. Things seemed so normal when we were... Now I don't know what to say."

"Well, since you have been so kind as to tell me about your world, I could tell you about mine."

Reaching out, Haku snagged Artemis's hand and held it gently in his own. "That way you won't have to think about what to say or not say." His smile turned slightly teasing for a moment. "I could also discuss the weather."

"You can't see outside, you can't talk about the weather," Artemis laughed. "I wouldn't mind hearing about your world. It would give me a moment to regroup..." He laid his head on Haku's shoulder.

"ALright." Settling then both into a more comfortable position, he thought about where to start.

"Where I am from, there are five Great Nations; the Land of Fire, Land of Wind, Land of Earth, Land of Lighting, and my home country, the Land of Water." Smilign slightly, Haku tilted his head and rested it on Artemis.

"My country is very beautiful. It is composed entirly of small island, each one different from the last. Some are green and warm, while others, like where I was born, are very cold and covered in snow almost all year round. The different climates can even be right next to each other."

"Snow year round... I can see why you're so cold," Artemis smiled and nuzzled Haku's neck with the top of his head. "You'd have to be, to survive in such a climate. It must be beautiful, though. I wish I could see it..."
