CHAT DEMANDS IMPROMPTU IC PARTY FOR THE WIN AND THE LULZ

LET'S GO!  JOIN IN!


At the end of the day, your character is led back to their room in the usual manner.  The nurse's hand reaches for the doorknob and the door swings open, then--

Poof!

Your character appears in a large ballroom with an exquisitely tiled floor and a large stone fountain in the center.  The centerpiece of the fountain, shaped like a large fish, continually emits a spray of glitter from its open mouth.  Several tables covered with crisp white tablecloths are positioned near the walls, and a jar of sharpie brand glitter-paint markers serves as a colorful centerpiece for each.

Against the far wall is a long, rectangular table, with two bowls of red punch.  A sign written in fancy calligraphy rests against each: Yes, and No.  In addition to the punch, there are bottles of every liquor imaginable, as well as several fine wines and packs of cigarettes (though partygoers will have to fight for a single lighter).

The bathroom to one side bears a creepy resemblance to the bathroom in a normal house, complete with a medicine cabinet worthy of a lonely 50's housewife.

On the other side are a series of doors leading to rooms.

If your character goes into a room, please put that room in the subject line.  Rooms are lockable.  If you want a room that isn't listed, tell me and I'll give it to you.  XD




Since this is not an actual damned event and is not srs bzns, feel free to join in with a character that from another rp if you're a potential player.  If this is the case, instead of entering through a door in the institute, your player would enter through a random door in the RP from whence they came.  XD  EDIT:  Party is now also for trying out potential characters.

The YES punch smells and tastes alcoholic, and has the same effect as a normal spiked drink.  The NO punch smells and tastes like normal non-alcoholic party punch.  IF YOUR CHARACTER DRINKS THE NO PUNCH, IM ME AT QUANTIFYTHIS AND I WILL TELL YOU ITS EFFECT.

THE FIRST RULE OF THE PARTY IS DON'T BE LAME.  THE SECOND RULE OF THE PARTY IS SRSLY, DON'T BE LAME.

SMALL PRINT:  Powers and weapons are go as long as whoever you're using them on is cool with it.  Continuity from previous damned parties is intact if you want it to be, or not intact if you don't want it to be.  Clothing is whatever your character wore in canon, whatever they should have worn in canon, whatever they wore in their rp game, or whatever isn't in the dryer.  This impromptu chat party will last until everyone gets bored.

"Ah, right." Haku leaned forward and pressed a light kiss to Artemis' cheek. "If you would rather stop though, I won't mind."

"No, please," Artemis rested his hand on Haku's. "I've always wondered what it would be like... to just forget for a while. And spend the whole night with you. Please don't stop..."

Smiling, Haku moved forward again and brushed his lips against Artemis's.

"As long as you know I won't do anything you aren't comfortable with."

"I know. I'll tell you, I promise," Artemis said breathlessly, and he meant it. If he felt the slightest twinge of fear, he would let Haku know immediately.

But for now, he met Haku's lips gently, tentatively. This was uncharted territory for him, and he wasn't going to trip over himself and fall.

Meeting the kiss, Haku was careful to be slow and gentle. He brought a hand down to rest lightly on Artemis's chest, pulling away for a moment to breathe and he paused.

Something was odd. Artemis looked older, different, but still ... like Artemis. What in the world happened?

Artemis still had his eyes closed when Haku pulled away. He had been expecting another kiss, but when none came he opened his eyes.

What in the--?!

"Haku!" Artemis looked aghast. "You're..." More masculine. "...more masculine. I mean, that is! You look... different." The boy looked down. His hands were bigger, and he was definitely taller. Before, Artemis' feet hadn't touched the ground while he was sitting on the couch. Now Haku was resting comfortably in his lap, fully supported.

"What happened...?" He let out a small noise of surprise. His voice... it was deeper.

"This isn't one of my abilities," Haku tried to tease, though the situation was certainly odd. "Is it one of yours?"

He lifted a hand to his face, frowning. Perhaps being reminded that Haku was indeed male had changed Artemis' mind. He glanced at the other b... young man. He started to shift and get off his lap.

Artemis shook his head. "No, I couldn't have done this. There's no type of fairy magic that can progress--"

The young man frowned and took Haku by the hips, trying to stop him. "Where are you going?"

Haku blinked and looked back at Artemis. "I... wasn't sure. Is this still okay?"

Artemis raised an eyebrow. "Is what still okay? I can support your weight even better this way. My legs aren't tired, if that is what you're referring to."

"You said I looked different, so I wasn't certain if you were still alright with me sitting this close." Haku placed his fingertips on Artemis' chest, looking down.

"So... it this still alright?"

Artemis looked a little guilty and pained for a moment. "Haku... it doesn't matter what you look like. I appreciate what's here--" The young man touched Haku's chest lightly and looked up at him. "Remember?"

"I do," he said, smiling slightly. "I suppose this is something of a ... shock, so I'm a bit off balance now."

Haku laughed softly and shifted again, though this time it was to get closer and make himself a bit more comfortable. It was slightly annoying to realize that he wasn't much taller at an older age then he had been a few minutes ago, but he found that the scant few inches that now separated the two of them was ...nice.

"I don't blame you," Artemis said with a small laugh. "I'm trying to get used to the sound of my own voice again.

"But it isn't so terrible. I must be devilishly handsome--you didn't run screaming." He laughed.

"You are very handsome," Haku said, teasing slightly. "So much so, I don't think I can allow you out of this room now, lest the ladies out there take you away from me."

His hand moved to trace the line of jaw gently. "And I rather like your voice in either tone."

Artemis found that although he was much older now, his ability to deal with Haku's incessant flirting hadn't disappeared with age. He was still blushing under Haku's touch and his heart still twinged in happiness when he threatened to keep Artemis away from the rest of the party.

"Well then," Artemis said. "You'll have to keep me in here. And I won't go quietly, I'll tell you that much."

Laughing softly, Haku leanedforward and pressed his lips lightly to Artemis's own. "I'm sure I can convince you that staying in here, in this strange room is preferable by far to heading out there."

"I'm sure you can," Artemis said, leaning up for another kiss. "But I'd rather make you prove you can first."

At least he was getting better at keeping up with Haku. That was at least an improvement.

"I think I can prove myself," Haku chuckled and then met Artemis halfway, kissing him a bit more soundly than before as he ran his fingers down the buttons of the formal clothing he was wearing. Haku had seen clothing like that before, but he couldn't recall the name of it.

Artemis sighed lightly, enjoying the kiss and trying to deepen it from his position on the couch. It was hard, seeing as Haku was sitting on top of him, but he did his best.

"Well you have me interested," he said, smirking, his tone all business. "But can you keep up the performance?"

Shaking his head, Haku laughed. "You don't think much of me," he said. "I haven't even begun to perform."

He bent forward again, this time the kiss deeper than the others as he moved his hand up to trail along the tied ribbon at Artemis' throat.

Oh wow. Haku wasn't even touching his skin--just his clothing--and the results were ridiculous. The reaction he was feeling wasn't anything he'd ever read about.

Artemis moaned appreciatively a little, anything he was planning on saying vacating his mind.

Haku kissed Artemis for a mew moments longer begore pulling away just long enough to speak.

"You're allowed to touch too."

"A-am I?" Artemis looked at Haku's chest. It was hard to remember that Haku was real. He seemed immaculate in the kimono he was wearing with his hair up. And here he was, sprawled out on a couch in a tuxedo. Not exactly the epitome of grace.

He was curious, though. Artemis' eyes fell on the senbon needles keeping Haku's hair up. Carefully, he reached around and pulled one out slowly.

Haku tilted his head when Artemis went for his hair. The two long needles in his hair were keeping the mass up and away from his face and the removal of one sent the whole thing down his back. Heavy, deep black, it had once come to the middle of his back but now fell further. Reaching up, he took the other needle from where it had fallen and then reached up to gently take the other needle from Artemis.

"Kind of them to supply me with weaponry in such a nice way."
